I thought you might enjoy some pictures of some of the great foods we have enjoyed over the last 27 years. This dish was made by eldest daughter Crystal. She was so proud of her acheivements in making her very first boullibaise. It was also one of those decadent entrees you only do once in a while. We were living in Idaho and along way away from fresh seafood. It still turned out amazing.
