


My very first attempt at Deep frying a turkey was Thanksgiving 2002. The first picture is our family friend Dave, who graciously gave his garage for the cause. The second picture is my family friend Rick, received the honor of carving the bird for everyone. The third picture is Dave making sure the bird does not overcook. It was a 13 pound bird with cajun spices rubbed on the skin and then injected with cajun seasoning and butter. Yummy!
