“Green Beans with French Fried Onions”

1 lb fresh green beans

4 Tbl. Butter

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp herbs de provence

2 Tbl. French’s Fried onions

In a steamer, layer the green beans and steam until fork tender about 8 minutes, depending on the size of your green beans.

In a med. Frypan, add butter and brown slightly. Add the green beans and sauté.

Put into a serving dish and sprinkle with the French fried onions.
